ORDERS

PI and Payment.
When the order is confirm, customer need to sign the PI and send back the copy to us.
We will start production after we receive the down payment or LC.
We take only:
  1. 50% down payment and 50% balance before shipment ( for new customers )
  2. 50% down payment and  50% balance against the BL ( for regular customers )
  3. 100% LC at Sight.
 
ETD
The ETD stated on the PI is the estimate time delivery of the shipment. It can be faster or later.
If the ETD is very important to customer, please state it clearly before signing the PI.
We do not take penalty on late delivery except it is agreed and stated on the PI.
  
PRICES.
The prices is FOB . (Export shipment ).
For Local delivery, price is Ex factory.
We will add 10% VAT /PPN above our prices and customer will receive E facture / faktur Pajak PPN.
Any additional cost for trucking will be on customer expense.
Our prices do not cover insurance or any damage during transport.
 
Warranty .
Our warranty only cover :  manufacturing fails, construction and function.
We do not give warranty on materials quality, except for teak.
Customers may choose the materials ( eg; stainless steel 304 or 316 , sunbrella fabric or china / local fabric , Viro / Rehau fiber or local fiber , quick dry foam or normal foam , etc ) depend the pricing they are agree.
Please consult with us your application before production. ( eg ; stainless steel 304 grade  is not suitable for direct contact with sea water. 316 grade is more recommended ; furniture combination between stainless steel and sling or  rattan wicker is also not recommended for application on constant temperature more than 40 C. since the metal will be heat up and make the sling / the rattan weaving loose . )
Wrong application or abuse is not on our warranty.
In case of any claims, we will provide free spare parts or replace the problem furniture with new one.
The replacement will be sent on the next shipment.
 
Designs and Models.
We can produce our own designs or customer designs.
For customer designs (drawing, picture and specifications come from customer), customer need to make sure that they have the copyright.
In case of any claims from third party regarding to the designs, customer agree not to involve the manufacturer and free us from any of charge.
Any financial lost has been spend or any law sentence will be on customer own responsibility.
 
By signing the PI, we assume that customers have read and agreed on our term and conditions in our website.
 
Packing.
Our standard packing is 5 plies carton boxes.
On request we can do packing with 7 plies carton boxes.
Our carton box is not passed drop test.
If customer expects a drop test on our packing, we can do so. But it will cost more.
Please follow instruction printed on the boxes how to stack and handle the boxes.
Wrong handling / stacking will spoil the furniture.
Furniture damage due to wrong handling is not covered by our warranty.
 
For LCL shipment, normally we will use plywood + wooden reinforcement for the boxes to avoid furniture damage during transport.
